Bob is a food systems specialist.  He is a co-founder of both Urban Harvest and OHBA-Organic Educators, and is Board Secretary for the Permaculture Institute of North America.  For 30 plus years, he has been teaching the growing and training of fruit trees through classes and books like his recent 500-page edition, “Year-Round Food Gardening for Houston and Southeast Texas”.
