Diana Liga

Diana Liga has worked in some form of Environmental Education for the past 20 years. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Horticulture. In 2002 she completed her permaculture design certificate and was an instructor for the Permaculture Guild of Houston. Today she works for the local non-profit, The Woods Project, which creates wilderness exploration experiences that promote academic success, college and career readiness, and life-long thriving for Houston high school students who wouldn’t otherwise have access to these opportunities.

Unfortunately, people often assume that it isn’t something that can be done if you live in a small, restricted space, but you can! We will go over the basic principles of composting and then talk about various solutions or options you have depending on your specific circumstances.
